  4. Roll the dough out flat on a floured surface. - Spread cinnamon sugar mix over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough into a log approx 12-14 inches long. - Slice into 12 rolls and place on top of nut mixture . - Let rolls sit for 1 hour to rise again.
  6. Bake at 350ยฐF for 45 minutes or until golden brown. - Nut mixture will began to bubble during the last 10 - 15 minutes of baking.
  7. Cool in pan and invert onto serving plate. - YUMMY !

Similar to a lot of my doughs I have made previously, this is a No Knead Dough, which means you don't need to knead the dough on a machine to develop the gluten. You just need to mix everything by hand in a bowl and then leave to rest. The process is fairly similar to making cinnamon rolls. First, make the homemade dough and sticky topping.
