Instructions to make Tricolour fritters:
- SealMake a nice dough with 1st layer ingredients.
- Make a dough with 2nd layer ingredients.
- Heat the pan. Add oil. Then add green chilli and garlic.
- Stir for a while. Now add peas and spinach and all other spices.
- Saute for a while. When it becomes little dry, switch it off. 3rd layer is ready.
- Make a batter with batter ingredients.
- Now take a portion from the 1st layer of dough and flatten it. Add smaller portion (than the 1st layer) from the 2nd layer of dough and place it on the flattened dough.
- Now take a much smaller portion (than the 2nd layer) from the 3rd layer and put in above the 2nd portion (from step 7).
- Now seal it and make a round shape. Put fritters in the batter and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry it until golden.
- Cut it in half and serve with ketchup or hung curd. It is ready to serve.
