- Add chopped green chily & chopped corrainder leaves in it then add slowly half cup of water to form a batter.
- Batter is not so liquid & not so thick it's medium in consistency.
- Take bread in flat surface & cut into square or triangle shape.
- Heat the pan add oil in it in medium flame.
- It's optional to do deep fry you can do shallow fry too.
- Now add square or traingle bread shape in batter coat carefully both the sides then slowly put in a heated pan.
- In medium to high flame cook till golden colour for both the sides.
- Serve hot with chutney & sauce.
