  4. Cover with the lid, and leave in a warm place or use your oven's bread-rising setting to let it rise (2nd rising).
  5. When the dough has risen to fill the pan about 80% of the way, bake in a pre-heated 190°C oven for 30 minutes.
  6. When it's done, take the lid off and drop the pan from about a 10-20 cm height a few times to 'shock' it.
  7. Take the bread out of the pan, and it's done. If you leave it to cool on a rack loosely covered with plastic, the bread will become moist and easy to slice.
  8. When oiling or buttering the pan during Step 3, a spray type oil like this is convenient to use.
