Steps to make Tutti fruity bread:

  10. Cover the loaf pan with a cling wrap and keep it aside for another 2nd rise.

  13. After 2nd rise, remove the cling wrap.give milk wash to dough.
  14. Bake the loaf in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
  15. Once the loaf is baked take the loaf the out and de mould it.
  16. To keep the top crust soft, brush the crush with butter and let it rest on a wired rack for 2 hours, before slicing.
