  2. Make ready 2 Cups Maida
  3. Prepare 1 tsp Active Yeast
  4. Get 1 tsp Sugar

  9. Get 3 boiled and Mashed potatoes

  12. Make ready 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Chilli Paste
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
  14. Prepare 1/4 tsp Whole Jeera

  17. Get 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  18. Make ready 1 tsp Dhaniya Powder
  19. Get 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  20. Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  21. Make ready 1 lemon juice
  22. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  23. Get 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
Steps to make Stuffed Masala Bread:
  1. Firstly to make the bread, take the yeast,sugar and add a little lukewarm water and mix it. Leave for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. Now take the Maida and add 2 tbsp Oil to it followed by the yeast mixture. Also add lukewarm water.
  3. Now with this mixture make a dough for 5-6 minutes till it becomes smooth. Let it rest till the dough doubles in size.
  4. Now to make the filling,take 2 tbsp Oil and heat it. Once it heats up,add whole jeera,hing and ginger garlic chilli paste.Now add the onion and turmeric powder and sauté.
  5. Now add the boiled peas and mashed potatoes
  6. Now add Red Chilli Powder,Salt,Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala Powder,sugar and lemon juice. Mix this well. You may alter the spiciness as per your taste.
  7. Finally Add some chopped coriander and let the mixture cool down.
  8. Now take the bread dough and make small balls of the dough. Now roll the balls and flatten them. Cut out a sector of the rolled dough as seen in the picture.
  9. Now add around 1 tbsp of the filling to it as shown below.
  10. Now roll it into a cone shape as seen in the picture below.
  11. Repeat for multiple balls and the arrange in a baking tray as seen below.
  12. Now brush over with some butter and milk. Let this rest for 20 minutes.
  13. Now in a preheated oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
  14. Serve hot with Chilli sauce or any other preferred dip and now it's ready.
