  1. Sieve 2 cups of flour with all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.(sugar, yeast, salt, sugar and baking powder) Pour in melted butter and mix in with flour. Add in warm milk reserve some for brushing on top of bun bread and rub very well…Lastly add some warm water to full get the dough into a soft form.
  2. The dough maybe soft, don't mind…put on a smooth surface and knead with some dried flour till its firm but still strengthens
  3. Put back in the bowl cover and leave to proof for 50_60mins. After the dough has proofed well by raise, punch it down, and take it back to the kneading board and knead it some more…don't overcstress the dough..
  4. Roll it out and form into balls and place on a butter baking tray slightly dusted with some baking flour… once you gotten all the dough rolled into nice ball…cover with s napkin and let it rest for another 20mins.
  5. Heat up the oven, and after 20mins. Remove napkin from the dough…brush the top with some egg mixed with milk and bake in the over for 15mins. (Now, baking time, really depends on the oven and its hotness.)
  6. Once the top of the bun bread is looking firm, bring it out, and brush with some melted butter…the bread with soak it up and honestly give you sunshine looking bun bread..
