  1. Get 430 grams All-purpose flour
  2. Get 2 tsp Salt
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Honey
  4. Prepare 7 gms Active dry yeast
  5. Make ready 1&1/2 cup Warm water
  6. Take 1 cup Pumpkin seed, sunflower seeds, flax seed, (altogether)
Instructions to make Multi grain bread:
  1. Take a large bowl, add flour, salt, honey, yeast.
  2. Mix altogether until well combine, now add warm water and mix with wooden spoon until the the dough loose and shaggy.
  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in room temperature about 12 hours.
  4. Transfer the dough in a floured table, fold the dough many times and add 3/4 cup multi grain and pull the edges until the dough become thick to make ball. (if the dough is loose you can add flour)
  5. Shape the dough as ball, sprinkle flour cover and rest in warm place for 30 min.
  6. Preheat the oven 200° for 20 min, mean while keep the dough in greased bread baking tray and spread remaining grains on the top, slightly press, and brush melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 min.
