- Melt butter over low heat. Add remaining sugar to butter and stir (it will not all dissolve). Pour over biscuits.
- Bake in center of over for 35-40 minutes (less if only using half recipe).
- Flip upside down on to a plate and serve warm. Pull apart pieces and enjoy!
Although I'm almost certain there are no actual monkeys in this recipe, it's still very good. I snagged the recipe from my mother-in-law Tracy. After the monkey bread has baked, timing is key. If you wait too long to flip the bread out of the pan If making the cream cheese dip, make it while the monkey bread is baking. I had never tried monkey bread before and this was the very first time and it tasted amazing.
