Instructions to make Tricolour fritters:
  1. SealMake a nice dough with 1st layer ingredients.
  2. Make a dough with 2nd layer ingredients.
  3. Heat the pan. Add oil. Then add green chilli and garlic.
  4. Stir for a while. Now add peas and spinach and all other spices.
  5. Saute for a while. When it becomes little dry, switch it off. 3rd layer is ready.
  6. Make a batter with batter ingredients.
  7. Now take a portion from the 1st layer of dough and flatten it. Add smaller portion (than the 1st layer) from the 2nd layer of dough and place it on the flattened dough.
  8. Now take a much smaller portion (than the 2nd layer) from the 3rd layer and put in above the 2nd portion (from step 7).
  9. Now seal it and make a round shape. Put fritters in the batter and coat it with bread crumbs.
  10. Heat the oil in the pan and fry it until golden.
  11. Cut it in half and serve with ketchup or hung curd. It is ready to serve.
