  3. Take 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  4. Make ready 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  5. Prepare 8-10 Green Chillies (small)
  6. Get 1 Tsp Salt (adjust to taste)

Stir in flour to form a smooth paste. Gradually add water, stirring constantly until thickened. Add the tomatoes, parsley, salt, sugar, thyme, bay leaf and pepper; bring to a boil. Add the roasted chopped canned tomatoes, reserved tomato juices, chicken broth, bay leaf and butter.

To Make Tomato Soup:
  1. Take full red & ripe tomatoes in a pot with whole green chillies and peeled ginger piece (chop).Add enough water to cover Tomatoes and let it boil till the skin comes out itself.take tomatoes out from water and peel the skin off.Place all tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and some water from pot in blender with salt and blend to fine paste.Pour the blended mixture back to pot in rest of the water, let it boil.Dissolve cornflour in 2 Tbsp water and add in the pot.
  2. Cook till desire consistency.if needed add more cornflour dissolve in water. Adjust salt according to taste. Garnish with cream on top. (optional) Serve hot with Bread stick or Crackers. Enjoy
