I tried making this in a regular loaf pan, but it was not as good as the mini loaf pan that I used. So I strongly suggest to use a mini bread loaf pan or use. We absolutely love to bake mini-loaves. Wrap them in cellophane or a pretty paper from the craft store and tie them with ribbons for gifts.
