- Let it cool (thanda hony dyn)
- Pour it in dry and air tight box ; cover with aluminium foil and lid
- Freeze it for 12 hours almost
- Remove aluminium foil and cut it in pieces
- Dish out and garnish with sliced almonds (katy badam)
