- Cover with a lid and steam for 10 minutes on high flame turning them upside down after 5 minutes in between. It's done.
- For tempering - Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds, green chilli.
- Arrange the prepared bread khaman on a platter, pour this tempering on the khaman, garnish with coconut and coriander leaves - Serve with green chutney
