- In a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder & turmeric powder and mix well
- Now add water and get to thick consistency like this
- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Till then take 3 slices of bread. On top of 1 slice apply green chutney and on another tomato ketchup
- Now place green chutney slice on a plate, add tomato slice on above and lastly cover with plain bread slice.
- Now dip this in gram flour mixture and deep fry it until golden brown.
- For plating I have used tomati ketchup mixed with mayonnaise to get orange color, white is mayonnaise and green is green chutney. Tiranga bread pakoda is ready to serve hot with chai.
