- Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
- Add the herbs.
- Make the dressing. Pour over the salad. Stir and let it sit for 30 mins (or more) so all the flavours meld.
- Add the feta. Sprinkle generously with za’atar. Add the pita/ seeds if you’re using. Enjoy 😋
