  2. Take the long French bread stick , and using a sharp knife , slice , roughly , 2cm slits into the bread stick , making sure you don't cut all when way through to the bottom .
  3. Now using the butter , slice the butter and add the slices into the slits of the bread stick , on each side .
  4. Take the minced garlic and using a round flat tip butter knife , spread some of the garlic between the butter slices in the long bread stick , and push together to close it all up .
  5. Take a piece of foil , longer than the bread stick , and place the bread stick onto the middle of the foil and wrap the foil up and around the prepared bread stick to seal it all up .
  6. Now place prepared bread stick into Preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes , after the 20 minutes , open the top of the foil around the bread stick , and bake for a further 8-10 minutes , until lightly crisped . Remove from heat .
  7. Once cooked , place on serving platter and serve hot , enjoy . :-) .
